The definition of a Game Studio Strategy is a long term plan of action designed to achieve a particular goal or set of goals or objectives. A Game Studio Strategy is management’s game plan for strengthening the performance of the game studio. It states how the game company should be conducted to achieve the desired goals in terms of DAU, MAU, Retention, Revenues and Portfolio of Games.

  • Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
